The elite of the Expeditionary Forces of the Shasvastii Continuum is the Deep Incursion Corps.
This unit was created to give the lightweight but well-equipped Shasvastii military a fighting chance against bigger or better armored armies. It specializes in dealing devastating selective strikes to blindside the enemy and throw them off their strategy.
The psychological impact attained is so intense that the Paradiso Coordinated Command gave these operatives the codename ‘Malignos’, in the Tagalog/Filipino sense, during the First Offensive.
Their concealment gear is so effective that human soldiers had to estimate their position knowing only their last location, or hope to correctly interpret the currents of air these demons caused as they moved about.
Malignos are too subtle to be detected by anti-intruder systems, which they sidestep astutely without losing their stride.
They are undetectable and, therefore, untouchable. However, they are never tempted to be rash, exhibiting instead a perverse form of patience made all the more unsettling by the thought that they are always calculating, always awaiting the perfect moment to shatter your world…

Shaolin Warrior Monk (Shock CCW)
Armies: Yu Jing/ White Banner
The StateEmpire Army has been able to integrate Shaolin warrior monks by virtue of an old treaty between the Wan Hou Monastery and the Yu Jing Government.
In this treaty, the Wan Hou Monastery promised to provide the Yu Jing military with a mobile attack force in exchange for funding and tax exemptions.
Shaolin monks practice Zen Buddhism and are outstanding martial artists. As the entirety of their training takes place inside their monastery, they are less than stellar with firearms, but in hand-to-hand combat they are nigh unbeatable.
The strict discipline and rigorous training of their temple makes them instinctive fighters, fast and deadly. In combat, a Shaolin monk is always ready: he clears his mind and moves without inertia, prepared to spring in any direction.
The Yu Jing Army uses the Shaolin as light assault infantry, spearheading attacks to break and disband enemy formations, a task they carry out with equal parts breathtaking beauty and lethal efficiency.

The Yuan Yuan are pirate scrap dealers without a country that offer themselves as mercenaries.
They are outlaws, despised by a society that holds its nose long enough to use them as hired cannon fodder.
The Yuan Yuan are good brawlers who join these undisciplined, loud units for the money.
From their ramshackle intrasystem vessels hidden in asteroids they launch opportunistic attacks on cargo convoys.
Their economy is rooted in banditry, abuse and slave trade—particularly of Eunuchs, those who cannot wear Cubes to record their memories and personalities.
For the Yuan Yuan, violence and bloodshed have become a way of life, and their only path ahead seems to be more violence and more blood.
No other pirate as vicious, bloodthirsty or plain desperate roams the asteroid-ridden depths of space.
For military standards, they are less than acceptable, but they know how to make the best of their uncanny ability to turn up when they are least expected.
They are skilled in space combat but a little clumsier on firm ground, which is why they prefer to jump from their own ships right into their planetside assignments.
Their aircraft, derelict and patched up a thousand times, were initially stolen or captured transports armed and armored with pieces cannibalized from other airships.
Their personal gear is also a collection of bits and pieces nicked or pillaged in their incursions.
Everyone knows, when working with Yuan Yuan, never give them access to any facilities, and keep them clear of your supply storage…

Fuzzbots

The decision to replace the outdated Yáogōngjù Remotes also meant it was necessary to update their logistical support and cybercombat counterparts: the Yáopú Qiúyú, which had served SWORDFOR for several decades and were also at the end of their operational lifetime.
For a simple reason of logistic rationalization and ease of maintenance, the Remotes that would replace the Qiúyú must belong to the same series as the tactical support Remotes.
This way, when the Department of Weapons and Materials opted for the Rebot series, the alternative to the Qiúyú was automatically determined: the excellent Probots by Cyantek were chosen as SWORDFOR’s brand-new logistic support and cybercombat platforms.
However, just as with the Rebots, the technicians with the Department of Weapons and Materials requested several modifications to the original Probot model, whose name actually meant “Prototype Robot”, to adapt them to the needs of a law enforcement agency such as Bureau Aegis.
The extent of these changes, getting rid of certain high-tech components that are usually required by the SSS, which resulted in a cheaper production cost, led to the issuance of a new designation code.
Just like the Copperbots, their name comes from urban slang for the police, in this case the “fuzz,” which refers to the police radio static, a word that was chosen due to the electronic[1]warfare and cybercombat devices these Remotes pack. Fuzzbots are a common element in any SWORDFOR deployment, the inseparable partner of every Bureau Aegis patrol officer.
