Army update - March 2025

Hello Infinity players!

Yu Jing's Imperial Service is the first big protagonist of this year, finally receiving a renewal of its miniatures with the new Action Pack that will be available for pre-order from March 26th to 30th (and physically at our booth in Adepticon on the same dates). With this pack, the Imperial Service sectorial army receives new troops and some minor modifications to existing troops. Here is the list of changes in the Infinity Army app:

IMPERIAL SERVICE

Added the following new troops:

• Bayara Palace Guard
• Dragon Lords, Imperial Service Judges
• Qianfeng Imperial Vanguard
• Jinwei, the Forbidden Troops
• Koga Ninja
• Shenji Ying, Divine Machine Battalion
• Jinyao Drop Unit
• Yaozao

Removed the following troops:

• Tacbots Garuda
• Sophotects
• Yudbots

Modifications to existing profiles:

• Celestial Guard Hacker: changes Combi Rifle to Submachine Gun. Cost goes from 18 to 14.
• Imperial Agents Zhanying Hacker: gains UPGRADE: Zero Pain and adds Pitcher to its weaponry.
• Imperial Agents Pheasant: New Doctor option for 27 points.
• Imperial Agents Crane: gains two new options with AP HMG and changes the Nanopulser for Pulzar (+1B) in all his options.
• Hsien: Gain a new Lieutenant option (+1 Order) for 51 points and +1 SWC. All Nanopulsers gain (+1B).
• Su-Jian: The Heavy Shotgun option gains a Light Flamethrower (+1B) and sees its cost modified from 44 to 46.
• Sun Tze: Gains a new Lieutenant option (+1 Order) for 53 points.
• Celestial Guard Fireteam: Dakinis and Devas removed and Jinwei, Pheasant and Dragon Lord added.
• Fireteam of Wu Míng: Zhanying go from 0-4 to 0-3.
• Zhian Fireteams: Bao, Pheasant, Crane and Zhanying gain the tag (Zhian). Hsien changes from 0-2 to *-2. Added Jinwei with the tag (Hsien).
• Wildcards: added Shenji with the tag (Hsien).

In addition, this update has been used to make a first general profile fixes and balance since the release of N5, where the following changes have been made:

PANOCEANIA

• Jotum: changes the CC Weapon value from (PS=4) to (PS=3).
• Gunnar: change the CC Weapon value from (PS=5) to (PS=4).
• Trinitarians: added new Hacker option with Killer Hacking Device.
• Joan of Arc: added skill Number 2.
• Joan of Arc v2: added skill Number 2.
• De Fersen: modified movement to 6-2. Added skill Dodge (+1").
• Mendoza: modified the movement to 6-2.

YU JING

• Yan Huo: added (PS=7) to CC Weapon.
• Hac Tao: added (PS=6) to Shock CC Weapon.
• Húláng: added FTO-2 to the options with Forward Deployment.
• Krit Kokram: added FTO-2 to the options with Forward Deployment.
• Tian Gou: removed HoloMask as a main equipment and added to the non-Hacker options. Hacker options have their cost reduced by 1.

ARIADNA

• William Walllace: added skill Number 2.

HAQQISLAM

• Fiday: Added (PS=6) to CC Weapon.
• Kum: Added (PS=7) to CC Weapon.
• Hussein Al-Djabel: gained Nanopulser.
• Azra'il Reinforcements: change AP HMG to AP Spitfire and reduce its point cost from 37 to 35.

NOMADS

• Diablos: removed the CC Attack (SR -2) skill.
• Bandits: Booty skill removed. Added Infiltration (ReRoll) skill. Point cost reduction in all options.
• Corregidor Fireteams: added FTO to the Vostok in Fireteams Wildcards.

COMBINED ARMY

• Jayth Cutthroats: added (PS=7) to the CC Weapon of the Taigha Sync.
• Taigha Creatures: added (PS=7) to the Viral CC Weapon.
• Sheskiin: changed the CC Weapon value from (PS=3) to (PS=4).
• Speculo Killers: change from Martial Arts L2 to L3, added Nanopulser and change from Pistol to Silenced Pistol. Reduction of 2 points in all costs.
• Umbra Legates: added (PS=5) to CC Weapon.
• Umbra Samaritans: added (PS=6) to the CC Weapon.
• T-Drone: removed BS Attack (Guided) as core skill and added to the non-FTO option. Cost of the FTO option is reduced from 17 to 15.
• Vector, Void, Base and EXO (normal and reinforcement versions): added (Jet Propulsion) to Super-Jump.
• Tyrok Hunter: Trench-Hammer changed from (SR -1) to (PS=5). Added CC Weapon (PS=5).
• Achilles: Change the value of CC Weapon from (PS=5) to (PS=4).
• Patroclus: change the DA CC Weapon value from (PS=6) to (PS=5).
• Dukash: SWC cost in vanilla CA is now 1 instead of 0.5.
• Nourkias: change the Killer Hacking Device to Hacking Device with the UPGRADE: Total Control (PS=3) and Trinity (PS=5). The value of the E/M CC Weapon is now (PS=6). The cost of the options is increased by 2 points and the Hacker option (non-lieutenant) now costs 0.5 SWC instead of 0.

ALEPH

• Samekh Remotes: removed BS Attack (Guided) as core skill and added to the non-FTO option. FTO option cost (OperationS exclusive) is reduced from 17 to 15.

O-12

• Added new Tinker profile. Available in all O-12.
• Nightshade (normal and reinforcements): added (PS=6) to CC Weapon.
• Saladin: removed Repeater. Added Deployable Repeater and Minelayer (2). Point cost reduced by 1.

JSA

• Mechazoid: changed the value of CC Weapon from (PS=5) to (PS=4).
• Kyojin Killer: changes the CC Weapon value from (PS=7) to (PS=6).

NA2

• Varangian Guard: the option with Trench-Hammer gains an AP CC Weapon (PS=6).
• Wolfgang Amadeus: Change the value of DA CC Weapon from (PS=6) to (PS=4).
• Druze Bayram: added FTO to the Clipper Dronbots in the Wildcard table.
• Ikari Company: added FTO to Clipper Dronbots in Wú Míng and Druzes Fireteams table.
