Greetings, Infinity fanbase.
We are so excited about our latest collaboration with OnTableTop (Come on!, Beasts of War as we all know them prior to their rebrand) using their Warconsole platform that allows all of us to play some games, report them, and check the results of our efforts on an interactive map.
As usual, we will be able to constantly check the map during the exciting days ahead, celebrate when your faction takes over a location, or embrace panic when one of your locations is compromised.
Here are a few facts that might be of interest when preparing for the campaign:
- The Campaign is divided into two phases, so we will have certain locations and missions on the map during Phase 1, and after the first week, the map will be updated, and the scoring on the previous Phase 1 locations will be frozen and the map will show new missions in the same locations for Phase 2.
- Some factions will begin with their logo on certain locations, some factions will have 2 locations, some factions will have one location and some factions will have none. This will have a certain impact on some of the factions mostly defending their territory while others will be going on full attack mode. The best advice I can give you is to have fun and coordinate your efforts with the rest of the players. Choose your colors and enjoy the ride.
- Roleplaying on the forums is also encouraged. Maximizing the whole experience so the factions can plan their strategy and focus on the power struggles during the campaign.
Alliances will be made, betrayal and treason will happen, and spies will try to work out your next move. Friends become enemies, enemies become friends.
