Greetings Infinity players! We have identified some errors in the latest PDF update. Therefore, we have made a series of modifications and corrections that we hope will make the rules more understandable and the game smoother. You can review these changes in more detail in this blog post.
A New Numbering System
Until now, downloadable versions of the rulebook followed a classic versioning scheme like V 1.0, V 1.1, etc. With this update, we’re moving to a clearer and more edition-aligned format: from now on, ruleset versions will reflect the current edition of the game.
What does that mean?
-
The current 5th edition of Infinity (Infinity N5) now uses the prefix 5.
-
This new rulebook version is called V 5.1.1, where:
-
5: Refers to the 5th edition of Infinity.
-
1: First major update within this edition.
-
1: First minor revision of that update.
-
This format will ensure consistency going forward.
