If Khurland wasn’t already a dangerous territory, the appearance of the Dravot Group has just made it a veritable hell.
But what's the Dravot Group and what is it doing in Khurland?
The Dravot Group is a company dedicated to recovery and rescue operations. The Combined Army has subcontracted it to reach a Shasvastii stealth transport vessel that crash-landed deep into Khurland.
Its mission is to recover or destroy any trace of technology that may aid Humanity. On the surface, a minor assignment, but the ship carried a dangerous cargo that's bound to complicate matters. That insignificant complication, however, can be compensated by reaping extra benefits if they happen to recover some Teseum or T-Bezoar from the miners' corpses on their way - and if they're not already dead, maybe it’s time to indulge in some recreational violence!
Despite not being a mining corporation per-se, the Dravot Group is added to Infinity Deathmatch TAG Raid as another option to play as in your matches.
That being said, you may find some subtle differences in their Prospecting Crew that'll make it abundantly clear that they're a Morat recovery team and not simple miners.
The Vurgok is a multipurpose industrial TAG capable of taking on any task. Since it is a weapons platform mounted on a tripod consisting of a series of rotating chains, it boasts a high level of environmental adaptability that makes working in Khurland a walk in the park.
In-game, this means that the Vurgok can immediately cancel any State without having to declare a Move. Good luck stopping it!
On the other hand, we have the Zulsat recovery specialists. These dangerous prospectors won't extract Neomaterial from veins in the earth. Thanks to the extra arms in their armor, they'll obtain it from a miner's corpse. They can even steal the exotic T-Bezoar. A dead miner isn't going to use it anyway, so you’d better "recover" it.
The third, but not less important member of the prospection crew is the Asklad creature. These small creatures' role is similar to the other corporations' remotes fulfill, only that they won't get your Neomaterial units to safety - they'll steal it from enemy miners! You'd rather have lice than face the bothersome Asklad!
With these small differences, we wanted to reflect the difference between a mining corporation and a recovery and rescue company without affecting the balance between the different corporations while keeping personal skill as the key factor to win a deathmatch.
